Lids Sports Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead and engage a dynamic team in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of driving sales and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage hiring strategy and onboarding new team members
- Create a positive and inclusive work environment
- Train and supervise team members to ensure optimal customer service
- Lead operations, including scheduling, payroll, and inventory management
- Drive product strategy and visual merchandising
- Manage customer feedback and resolve issues
- Execute special pricing and promotional presentations
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures

- Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss
- Proven supervisory skills, with capacity to deliver training material and assess retention
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to perform independently with minimal supervision
- Ability and willingness to travel overnight for training and/or business meetings
- Ability to work varying days and hours, based on business needs, and maintain an excellent attendance record
- Proven managerial skills
