About the role
Logic Staffing is seeking a Business Office Manager to strengthen day-to-day operations, employee development, business processes, and strategic growth initiatives. Reporting directly to the President, this position will play a key role in building systems, improving communication, enhancing organizational efficiency, and supporting long-term business objectives. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who enjoys creating structure, leading people, and continuously improving processes. While experience in every area is not required, successful candidates will be curious, resourceful, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve company systems and processes, create SOPs and operational procedures.
- Establish performance metrics and track key business goals.
- Coordinate facility audits, equipment tracking, and maintenance planning.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and organization across the business.
- Support employee development through coaching, training, and regular check-ins.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration across teams.
- Manage employee benefits and HR-related processes in partnership with the company's HR provider.
- Assist with workforce planning, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist with annual planning, budgeting, and goal setting.
- Monitor business performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support revenue growth initiatives and operational improvements.
- Increase community awareness and promote the Western Storage brand.
- Support social media, community partnerships, sponsorships, and local events.
- Track marketing effectiveness and customer acquisition trends.
- Support the effective use of technology platforms and business software.
- Research and recommend tools, systems, and AI solutions that improve efficiency.
- Help ensure employees are utilizing technology safely and effectively.
Requirements
- Previous experience leading people, projects, or business operations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience with budgeting, reporting, or operational planning.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a growing business environment.
- Proficiency with business technology and software systems.
Pay
$67,600/year (fixed rate)
Schedule
Tuesday - Friday, 8:45am to 5:15pm and Saturday, 9:30am to 1:15pm or 3:15pm
