About the role
Responsible for managing the company's social media presence, engaging with customers, and promoting brand awareness through various platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Engage with customers through social media channels, responding to inquiries and complaints
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create and share content that drives engagement and conversions
- Monitor social media analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in social media management or similar role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
- Knowledge of SEO and content creation
