About the role

As a Store Manager, you will bring your leadership, talents, and experience to a team-oriented and dynamic environment. Your role is to manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer comes away with a great experience. You will oversee all store operations, focusing on maintaining the assigned budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory to meet or exceed sales goals. You will also ensure that your store always looks its best and that all staff follows safety, security, and company policies to protect customers, associates, and store assets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and inspire a team to deliver an unforgettable customer experience with custom-fit solutions for hair and beauty needs.
• Oversee all store operations, including budget management, expense control, sales growth, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security rules, procedures, and company policies.
• Maintain store appearance and presentation.
• Drive continuous learning, development, and education for store personnel and customers.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn and develop.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Physical exertion including long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items.
• Willingness to work around moving parts, carts, or machines, and occasional exposure to irritant chemicals, fumes, and odors.
