About the role

As a Store Manager at CosmoProf, you will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, manage store operations, and ensure sales goals are met.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer leaves with a great experience
• Oversee all store operations, including maintaining budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory
• Ensure safety and security by enforcing rules and procedures, and protecting customers, associates, and store assets
• Maintain a visually appealing store environment

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Passion for all things hair and beauty

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required
