About the Role

As a Store Manager at CosmoProf, you will lead a team-oriented and dynamic environment, driving results and developing team associates. Your role is pivotal in managing talent, inspiring your team, and ensuring every customer receives an unforgettable experience with custom-fit solutions for their hair and beauty needs.

You will oversee all store operations, ensuring the store meets or exceeds sales goals while maintaining the assigned budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory. You are responsible for protecting customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety and security rules, as well as Company policies. Additionally, you will ensure the store maintains a visually appealing and organized appearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Manage store operations, including sales, budget, expenses, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and Company policies.
• Maintain store appearance and visual standards.
• Drive sales growth and meet or exceed performance targets.
• Develop and educate store personnel and customers to enhance success.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
• 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Self-starter attitude with a passion for continuous learning and development.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, and reaching.
• Recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.
• Exposure to moving parts, carts, or machines, and occasional exposure to irritant chemicals or fumes.
