About the role

Team Leaders takes overall responsibility for the efficient operation of their areas production resources. Team Leads have key responsibilities for quality and productivity, and they make an important contribution to overall cost control and profitability based on their execution of the day-to-day plan.

Responsibilities

Safety

• Follow all safety policies and practices.
• Enter Gensuite items when incidents are identified.
• Complete open Gensuite items on time and completely for the area.
• Track and communicate all safety card problems turned in by team members.
• Conduct area safety walks as part of 5S in the area throughout the day and report timely.
