About the role

HH Staffing is seeking a Rental Program Manager to join a growing and dynamic team. This position oversees daily rental operations for a condominium or vacation-rental program.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily rental operations including availability, reservations, booking flow, guest acquisition, and rate coordination
• Lead and supervise two Reservations Specialists
• Drive growth in occupancy and rental revenue while managing pricing effectively
• Oversee and optimize use of existing and additional booking platforms (VRBO, Airbnb, direct-booking strategies)
• Manage inquiries, outbound advertising efforts, and convert bookings
• Re-engage prior guests through targeted campaigns
• Optimize BlueTent-managed website
• Initiate outbound marketing efforts to attract new guests
• Create and launch special promotions to improve shoulder-season occupancy
• Ensure professional, timely guest communication from inquiry through post-stay follow-up

Requirements

• Prior experience managing a condominium or vacation-rental program
• Working knowledge of Rental Management software (e.g., Escapia)
• Strong understanding of occupancy-driven revenue
• Comfortable working directly with boards and ownership groups
• Organized, accountable, and service-oriented

Pay

Starting at $65,000/year

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Saturdays required at the beginning of the shift to learn turnover routine
