About the role
Manage store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead a team of associates.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, cash handling, and employee schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
- Lead a team of up to 10 associates in achieving store goals and objectives.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and sales performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- At least 5 years of retail management experience.
- Proven ability to manage a team and develop employees.
- Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems.
