5G Radio Frequency Technician-1st Shift

Roles & Responsibilities

• Tests, troubleshoots, and repairs RF circuit boards used in RAN equipment.
• Troubleshoots to the component level.
• Works with Remote Radio Head (RRH) engineering team, interacting closely with engineers and technicians.
• Uses network analyzers to gather RF data for reports in the support of RRH product development.
• Reads and works from schematics.
• Runs PIM (Passive Intermodulation) test equipment to troubleshoot and repair antenna prototypes.
• Maintains satisfactory Quality performance levels.
• Maintains a clean, organized work station.
• Trains and/or assists other Technicians in aspects of repair.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with receive & amplifier circuits.
• Electronics Certification.
• Pass a Technical Aptitude Test.

Minimum Qualifications

• Possess knowledge of RF principles.
• Possess soldering and de-soldering skills.
• In-depth knowledge of electronic circuit componentry and theory.
• Must be able to use signal generator.
• Must be able to use Spectrum analyzer.
• Possess knowledge of VSWR, ACLR & feedback circuits.
