Responsibilities
Manage hiring strategy, including recruitment, turnover, and leaves of absence.
Onboard new team members and engage them by fostering a fun and inclusive environment.
Train non-Keyholders, process changes, and support team members with concerns.
Drive team engagement through recognition and performance management.
Collaborate across store channels and districts using company communication tools.
Lead Lids selling strategy to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
Resolve customer issues and manage team members for optimal customer service.
Manage scheduling, payroll, and store operations to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Execute operations-focused directives and support inventory audits.
Drive store product strategy, including receiving, processing, merchandising, and exiting inventory.
Manage visual merchandising and execute special pricing and promotional presentations.
Requirements
Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
Proven supervisory skills and capacity to deliver training material.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven managerial skills.
