About the role

The Restaurant Manager at this McDonald's franchise is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Works with leaders to set restaurant goals and create a plan to achieve those goals.
• Leads a team of Department leaders, setting their goals, following up on their progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their Departments.
• Makes sure the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future by hiring and developing Department and Shift Leaders.

Requirements

• Previous Restaurant Manager experience running high-volume locations.
• A background in quick service restaurants or hospitality/re retail experience.
• Must be 18 years or older to manage in our restaurants.
