Apara Autism Centers is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at the Richardson Center (12606 Greenville Avenue, Suite 260, Dallas, TX 75243).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Implement treatment plans from a BCBA.
• Track progress and support families.

Requirements

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s in a related field preferred).
• Experience working with children.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must be a registered RBT with the BACB to be eligible for the $500 sign-on bonus.

Pay

$17.50 - $20.50 per hour

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
