Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician - $500 RBT Sign-On Bonus!

About the role

Description $500 Sign-On Bonus for currently certified RBT's!! Full-Time* Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-6:30pm. Occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral intervention services to children with special needs and support to their families under the close supervision of a BCBA.
• Work with clients in-home, in-school, in-center, and in the community.
• Audit and evaluate the effectiveness of the Behavior Support Plan in achieving identified goals and objectives by collecting data and writing progress notes.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and parents.
• Complete a BACB-approved RBT course and keep registration current.
• Understand and adhere to established policies and procedures, standards, and interpret and perform all assigned responsibilities.
• Pair and build rapport with clients, families, stakeholders, and their Team members.
• Attend collaboration, case meetings, and team training meetings.
• Record detailed session notes, keep accurate client data in real-time, and maintain records well documented.
• Observe confidentiality and safeguard all patient-related information.
• Demonstrate effective time-management skills through daily documentation and infrequent overtime for routine assignments.
• Maintain a clean and neat work environment.
• Demonstrate sound judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making.
• Exemplify exemplary skills in self-management and communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must pass background check (will include fingerprints).
• Must have at least 1-year experience working with Children.
• Must have Active Driver's License and/or access to reliable transportation to and from work.
• RBT or Bachelor's Degree preferred (On-Site training provided for RBT certification).
• Maintain BLS Certificate (On-Site training provided for BLS).
