Pay
- Salary range for fully credentialed staff: $60,000 – $126,000 annually
- Internal employees may be placed on Column 5
- External candidates maximum incoming placement: Column 4/Step 11
- Additional annual stipends for 2026-27 school year:
- $5,000 – $14,000 for hard-to-staff Special Education positions
- $2,000 for hard-to-staff counselor, social worker, and teacher librarian positions
- $3,000 for advanced degrees
- $1,000 – $4,500 for various extra-curricular activities
Schedule
- 10 months/year (186 days/year)
- 5 days/week
- Professional work day
