About the role

Mental Health Counseling is seeking an experienced Mental Health Counselor to join our team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will have expertise in treating clients with conditions such as ADHD, Anger Management, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Personality Disorders, and Substance Use Disorder. We offer both virtual and in-person consultation options.

Responsibilities

• Treatment planning and implementation for clients with various mental health conditions
• Conducting therapy sessions with clients to address their individual needs
• Evaluating client progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed
• Participating in staff meetings and professional development activities

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field
• Licensed to practice as a Mental Health Counselor in Ohio
• Experience working with clients who have ADHD, Anger Management, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Personality Disorders, and Substance Use Disorder
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
