You will be the go-to retirement plan expert, helping clients build and manage plans that fit their goals while helping participants feel confident about their futures.What You'll Do:Advise clients on 401(k) plan design, implementation, compliance, and fiduciary responsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for plan sponsors and participantsLead regular plan reviews to keep plans compliant and optimizedPartner with advisors, investment teams, and third-party administrators (TPAs)Stay current on ERISA, IRS, and DOL updatesSupport new business with retirement plan proposals and presentationsWhat You Bring:Series 66 required, and willingness to obtain your Series 73+ years of experience managing 401(k) plans, retirement services, or related financial servicesStrong working knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulationsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to explain complex retirement concepts in a client-friendly wayQKA, QKC, or CPFA is a plusWhat's In It For You:Subject matter expert role with real ownership and visibilityCollaborative team across advisory, investments, and plan administrationRoom to grow in a well established, expanding firmPositions like this fill fast.
