Qualifications

• PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent
• WORKED AT MORTON INDUSTRIES FOR AT LEAST 90 DAYS
• FOR LEADERSHIP ROLES (E.G., TEAM LEADER OR SUPERVISOR): A MINIMUM OF 6 MONTHS MAY BE REQUIRED, ALONG WITH MANAGER/SUPERVISOR ENDORSEMENT
• FEWER THAN 5 ATTENDANCE POINTS IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS
• NO DISCIPLINARY WRITE-UPS OR WARNINGS IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS
• MET OR EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS IN CURRENT ROLE

What To Expect

• ASSESSMENTS: Wonderlic Test, DISC Personality Test, Math Assessment, Mechanical Assessment
• EVALUATION AND SELECTION: Based on attendance record, attitude, quality performance, productivity performance, assessment results, and interview performance

The Interview

If selected to move forward, you’ll meet with a hiring manager/supervisor. HR may also be part of the interview. We’ll ask about your experience, goals, and your future desires.

Final Steps

We’ll look at your interview, assessment results, performance, and attendance. If you're chosen, we’ll offer you the promotion. If not, you’ll get helpful feedback so you can grow and be ready next time.
