As a Night Shift Roadside Assistance Driver, you'll be the calm, capable help people depend on when things go wrong.

Each shift starts at our central location as you prepare to respond to calls across Louisville. No two nights are the same. You may assist motorists with minor roadside issues, tow vehicles from breakdowns or accident scenes, and transport vehicles to repair facilities or salvage yards. Every call is a chance to solve a problem, help someone in a tough moment, and represent a company known for professionalism and trust.

Responsibilities

• Assist motorists with minor roadside issues
• Tow vehicles from breakdowns or accident scenes
• Transport vehicles to repair facilities or salvage yards

Requirements

• Be 21 years or older
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Prior customer service experience
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to providing excellent service
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
