3rd Shift Supervisor - Warehouse

About the role

Manage warehouse and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, warehouse and distribution operations
• Maintain warehouse staff by motivating, training and developing team and supervisors
• Coach, counsel and discipline employees; plan, monitor and appraise job results
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
• Manage labor and operating expense budget
• Position will require day or night availability
• Maintain sense of urgency regarding safety training and compliance

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Proven work experience as a warehouse/distribution Lead or Supervisor
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases
• Leadership skills and ability to manage staff and supervisors
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills

Schedule

• Sunday or Friday: 10:00 pm – 6:00 pm
• Monday: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am
• Tuesday: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am
• Wednesday: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am
• Thursday: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am

Pay

$20–$24 yearly salary
