Responsibilities
- Operate the Sectional Warper, Conventional Warper, and Creel.
- Be responsible for Producing Good Warps and Sectional beams at Maximum Efficiency.
- Correctly Perform All Set-ups and Doff Procedures.
- Assists in The Creeling of All machines and Packing Out.
- Responsible for Setting Up Machine to The Specifications: Running the Machine Immediately Reporting Any Quality/Performance Issues to The Area shift Manager.
- Must Operate Bar Code Scanner on All Three Jobs.
- Responsible for Performing Operator TPM Procedures Per Schedule and the General Housekeeping in The Machine Area.
Requirements
- Must Be Able to Read and Write.
- Must Have Good Eyesight.
- Should Be Self-Directed and Be Able to Work Independently.
- Must Be Able to Lift Light To Moderate Weights of 25 Plus Pounds.
