Responsibilities

• Properly maintain and sanitize facilities (casings) machinery and equipment for efficient production
• Operate heavy equipment
• Use proper personal protective equipment effectively
• Work hands on at high speed and times to lift over 50 pounds
• Keep work areas clean and follow proper food safety protocols
• Adhere to JBS specifications in product to ensure quality of meat
• Stay aware of surroundings and notify a supervisor if you recognize a hazard
• Perform various cleaning and sanitation tasks with little supervision including scrubbing walls, floors, tables, hallways, etc.
• Perform various other duties as needed or as assigned
