About the Role

The 3rd Shift Quality Assurance Technician is a full-time role accountable for the oversight and continuous improvement of Circle's quality assurance programs across the beverage manufacturing plant. This position is based at Circle's manufacturing headquarters with no remote work option.

Schedule

Full-time (40 hrs/wk), Sunday–Thursday, 10 PM – 6:30 AM.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside and coach the production team to ensure compliance with SOPs.
  • Perform batch testing: pH, Brix, TA, sensory testing.
  • Create, review, and file batch records.
  • Set up, change, and verify production printers.
  • Oversee the Retainer Sample Library.
  • Manage inbound ingredient document control: COA, SDS, etc.
  • Monitor production-related chemical usage and inventory.
  • Conduct EMP swabbing.
  • Capture, prepare, and deliver 3rd party samples to external labs.
  • Manage the equipment calibration program.
  • Help lead corrective action investigation and logging.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years leading and overseeing a food/beverage manufacturing quality program.
  • Eligible to work in the USA.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Experience in HACCP and SQF Food Safety Systems.
  • Preferred certifications: HACCP, PCQI, and/or SQF Practitioner.
  • Proven dedication to making safety and quality a top priority and working collaboratively in a team environment.
