3rd Shift Production Technician

Pay & Schedule
- Starting Pay: $19.415/hour
- $1.00/hour Shift Differential
- Fixed 3rd Shift Schedule
- Direct Hire Position
Responsibilities
- Load and unload aluminum castings from automated production equipment
- Inspect parts to ensure quality standards and specifications are met
- Operate and monitor automated manufacturing and die casting equipment
- Deburr, straighten, polish, and finish castings using pneumatic tools and hand tools
- Document production results and quality checks
- Perform basic equipment cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks
- Pack and prepare finished products for shipment
- Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality
Requirements
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Basic math skills required
- Comfortable using hand and pneumatic tools
- Ability to lift up to 22 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment
