3rd Shift Production Team Lead

The Opportunity
Based in Flint, Michigan, the Production Team Leader oversees three to four production lines, Line Leads, and their employees to ensure an efficient assembly of customer orders.
Hours: Mon - Fri, 10:30pm-7am (overtime and weekends as needed)
Pay Rate: $23/hr

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least two years of experience leading a crew in a production or distribution environment
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Basic computer skills

Physical Demands

• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to walk up to 100 yards repeatedly without assistance
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly without assistance or equipment
• Ability to independently use all material-handling equipment
• Visual ability to support close, distance, and peripheral vision, and to adjust focus as needed
