3rd Shift Production Team Lead

Job Responsibilities

• Supports production activities ensuring standardized work is in place and followed.
• Makes decisions on resource utilization to achieve team goals and provides input on individual and team performance.
• Facilitates work team success in areas of problem solving, issue resolution, continuous improvement, and training.
• Maintains a safe work environment at all times.
• Accessible to the production floor and capable of performing all assigned team jobs to cover absences or relief.
• Adapts to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and reacts calmly to various situations.
• Works overtime, including weekends, as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment, capable of multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities.
• Supports safety policies and practices that apply to assigned area.
• Maintains confidentiality and practices proper business etiquette.
• Completes a SWA and understands the importance and application of OEE.
• Can interpret data for corrective actions and demonstrate a positive performance record.
• Able to make production rates and quality standards and operate/utilize all job-related equipment.
• Experienced in working with cross-functional teams to complete daily tasks and projects.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other employees.
• Knowledge/experience of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot issues.
