Description
The 3rd Shift Production Line Lead oversees a production line within the Flint Michigan Warehouse, ensuring maximum productivity and quality.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of experience leading a crew in a production environment, preferably in corrugated manufacturing plants
- General fluency in English, both verbal and written
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to perform job duties in severe weather conditions (heat, cold, rain)
- Walk for distances of 100 yards repeatedly and without assistance
- Lift 75 pounds repeatedly and without assistance or equipment
- Utilize all material handling equipment without assistance
- Specific vision abilities required including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus
