About the role

This onsite position in Jonesboro, Arkansas reports to the Production Supervisor. You’ll help industries run leaner and cleaner while being empowered to lead, supported to grow, and proud of the collective impact.

Schedule

10-hour shifts, Monday–Thursday, with overtime as needed to meet customer demand.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a variety of similarly running machines.
  • Adapt to changing priorities—different machines, teams, or product volumes.
  • Meet and maintain production standards.
  • Identify machine deficiencies and propose solutions.
  • Perform daily preventive machine maintenance.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent plus 1–3 months of related experience/training or equivalent combination.
  • Ability to read and comprehend safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to present information to individuals, groups, or clients via reports or correspondence.
  • Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide whole numbers; use fractions, decimals, compute rates, ratios, and percentages; interpret bar graphs.
  • Must have work authorization that permits employment with ABB in the U.S. (no sponsorship offered).
