3rd Shift Operator (11pm - 7am)

Job Summary

Configure is hiring hourly associates on 3rd shift at our North Baltimore location. This is a permanent 3rd shift role; there is no opportunity to move to a different shift.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Maintain efficiency to the approved standard
• Inspect items and sort by means of visual inspections to insure they are defect free
• Prepare product via deburring and cleaning to meet product standard
• Inspect and pack product in accordance with the standard
• Maintain work area and equipment by cleaning, organizing and keeping it in orderly condition
• Provide accurate production reporting and scrap counts at the end of the shift
• Communicate with previous shift to receive important job information
• Communicate with Team Leaders and supervisors when there are issues
• Complete other duties, as assigned

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
• The ability to perform repetitive work in a fast-paced work environment, including long periods of standing
• Basic math skills
• Attention to detail
• The ability to multi-task
• The ability to lift heavy boxes on a regular basis
• The ability to work in a team environment
• The willingness to work overtime as needed

• Pay Range: $20 USD per hour (North Baltimore)
