About the Role
Set up and prepare supplies and equipment for operation. Operate converting and packaging equipment in the department, perform packaging functions, and maintain finished product quality standards through observation, sampling, and corrective action. Maintain production accounting records and reports, including labor reporting, process control, quality, and loss rates. Properly package, count, and document all supplies to be returned to inventory or scrapped. Comply with procedures, methods, and standards in adherence with Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP).

- Maintain production accounting records (labor reporting, process control, quality, loss rates)
- Properly package, count, and document supplies for inventory or scrapping

Qualifications
- Previous experience in manual assembly or machinery operations is helpful
- High school education with diploma or equivalent demonstrated knowledge
Physical Working Conditions
- Capable of normal standing, bending, and twisting for assembly operations
- Able to perform moderate to heavy lifting
- Exposure to mild noise (machinery) and nuisance dust
- Climate conditions consistent with a normal manufacturing environment
