About the role

The 3rd Shift Technician is responsible for maintaining manufacturing capability, production continuity, and continuous improvement at the station and line level. You will ensure the technical integrity of the line by troubleshooting specialized equipment, optimizing production processes, and enforcing strict quality and documentation standards. Acting as the on-floor Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will resolve technical hurdles, minimize downtime, and guide operators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
