3rd Shift Maintenance Technician

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform painting, flooring, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, glass repair, roofing and construction as directed.
• Provide ground maintenance to include snow removal, landscape duties, painting of parking areas, etc. to maintain aesthetic quality of the facility.
• Install and maintain electrical wiring equipment and fixtures.
• Lubricate and clean machinery and mechanical systems.
• Install and remove show sets.
• Administer administrative functions such as reading and understanding schematic diagrams, maintaining daily activity logs, requesting and advising on cost-effective purchasing, initiating purchase requisitions, maintaining sub-contractor and vendor records, and adjusting Building Management System.
• Assist Operations Crew as directed.
• Respond to promoter requests and event requirements.
• Comply with all OSHA regulations and ensure facility compliance.

Qualifications

• Skilled and semi-skilled maintenance and repair in carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, Mechanical and Electrical.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to display customer service through initiation of contact, smiling, extending handshakes, courteous and friendly interactions.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, walk, stand or bend for extended periods of time.
• Maintain a clean, safe and non-hazardous work environment.
• Follow all lockout and tag out procedures.
• Must have the ability to interact with guests in a friendly, courteous and polite manner.
