3rd Shift Maintenance Mechanic

About the role

The Maintenance Mechanic supports manufacturing by diagnosing and resolving machinery and equipment issues. They perform regular preventative maintenance on equipment and tools used in the manufacturing process to ensure successful execution of production activities, as well as provide facilities support throughout the plant.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and resolves machinery and equipment problems and malfunctions.
• Performs mechanical and electrical repairs on machinery and tools to maintain production.
• Performs preventative maintenance on machinery and tools to prevent breakdowns and malfunctions.
• Provides plumbing, welding, carpentry, painting, and other maintenance assistance as required.
• Helps install new equipment.
• Performs other tasks as required by Manager.

Requirements

• HS diploma, GED, or applicable experience.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a manufacturing maintenance role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Knowledge of safety standards.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Skills

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Pay

Hourly wage range: $33.43 – $35.18.

Schedule

Full-time, 3rd shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
