Location: Lowell • Shift: 11pm–7:30am • Starting pay: $18.77/hr (additional $3/hr shift differential)

Responsibilities

• Operate and lead key machinery, striving for efficient output of quality products
• Set up, operate, and adjust machinery
• Perform changeovers and washes that meet or exceed specifications
• May be responsible for breaking co-workers
• Adhere to Food Safety policies and report food safety and quality concerns to supervisor
• Ensure products produced meet customer and quality requirements
• Perform basic maintenance, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Maintain clean work area and participate in housekeeping throughout the facility and grounds

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
• Mechanically inclined preferred
• Fully trained and experienced in the operation of at least one production machine as defined at each plant and/or equivalent work experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to express ideas professionally, effectively, and efficiently in the common language
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all contacts inside and outside the company
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task, focus, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to frequently work overtime and weekends as necessary
• Must be able to work scheduled shifts and meet attendance requirements
• Must be able to pass a background check
