3rd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician
for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should only include sections that have real specific content.
We have content: Who We Are (company description) maybe fits "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is about the job, not company. But we could treat "Who We Are" as about the company, maybe not needed. The instruction: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose appropriate headings based on content. We have Position Summary (description of role). Then we have a list of responsibilities broken into categories: Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting, Documentation & Continuous Improvement, Food Safety & Regulatory Compliance, Production Support, Facility Maintenance, Safety. Those are responsibilities. So we can have a Responsibilities section with subheadings? But we only allowed for section headings; we could still use for each subsection? Probably okay. But we need to avoid filler.
We also have no explicit Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not create those sections.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include Who We Are? Possibly as a paragraph before the role summary. Not a heading? Could be a

Responsibilities
Then we need to list responsibilities. Could use- for each bullet. The original text includes headings like "Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting" etc. We could treat each as a
- with sub-bullets? But we only have
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. We could make a flat list of all duty statements. However we might lose grouping. But we can still include headings inside

for each responsibility category, and then
- for items under each. The instruction: Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid using
for subsections. It says use

for each responsibility category as a subsection. Thus:
