3RD Shift GENERAL LABOR - (August 2026) - Tyson of Rogers

Former Tyson Foods team members must wait 180 days (6 months) before reapplying. A maximum of two previous employments with Tyson will be considered. Current Tyson team members interested in transferring should express interest through their local HR Partner. Relocation assistance is not available.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, with possible Saturdays
• Hours: 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM (times vary by production line)

Pay

• Base wage: $16.70 per hour
• Daily performance incentive: $40–$80 (Debone and Hand Cutters only)

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules
• Push, pull, carry, and/or lift 40+ pounds
• Work in damp, cold, or hot environments and reach above shoulder level
• Stand for 8–10 hours per day
• Wear required PPE: ear protection (plugs or muffs), hair net, beard guard
• Maneuver freely around the work area
• Maintain good hand/eye coordination
• Climb steps/stairs to access work areas as needed
