Schedule
Monday - Friday with possible Saturdays.
Hours: 11:00 PM - 6:00 AM - times vary per line you work.
Pay
$16.70 per hour
*Tyson of Rogers offers a base incentive on individual performance ranging from $40 to $80 a day for Debone and Hand Cutters only.
Responsibilities
- Must be able to understand and agree to follow Safety Rules
- Must be willing to push, pull, carry, and/or lift 40+ pounds for some positions
- Must be willing to work in damp, cold or hot environments, reach above shoulder level
- Must be able to perform the duties of the position
- Be willing to stand 8- 10 hours a day
- Must wear PPE, ear protection (plugs or muffs), hair net and beard guard
- Must be able to maneuver around freely as needed
- Must have good hand/eye coordination
- Must be willing to climb up and down steps/stairs to get to and from the work areas when needed
Requirements
- There is 180 days (6 months) waiting period for former Tyson Foods team members
- Max of two previous Tyson employments to be considered for hire
- Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner
