About the role

The Quality of Life Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the quality of life for residents in Fox Point, WI. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and a passion for community development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programs to improve the quality of life for residents
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive support services
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor resident well-being
• Engage with residents and their families to gather feedback and suggestions
• Coordinate resources and activities to meet the diverse needs of the community

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Health, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in social services or community development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with residents and staff
• Experience working with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds
• Knowledge of community resources and services
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
