Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs and treating each senior with respect and dignity.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs.
• Help residents with tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and dishes.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Based on state regulation, completion of training/certification may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Completion of training/certification based on state regulations.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift and move residents as needed.
• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience.

Tuition Reimbursement
