3rd Party Remarketing Administrator

Responsibilities
- Reconcile and settle Remarketing sales in UVIMS
- Monitor ACH remittances, perform follow-up as needed, and conduct Bills of Sale (BOS) audits
- Process vendor invoices and applicable pass-through charges
- Manage redemption transactions for clients
- Maintain and update records in AutoIMS, UVIMS, and the RBH Portal
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies, account variances, and settlement issues
- Respond to client inquiries regarding proceeds, payments, redemptions, and account status
- Support accounting, administrative, and operational activities related to Remarketing
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
- Additional education, certifications, or experience are a plus
- Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint)
- 2-4 years’ experience in administrative, accounting, customer service, or related fields
- Prior remarketing, automotive, or financial services experience preferred
- Superior problem-solving ability in a dynamic environment
- Professional presence and ability to liaise with all levels of internal and external management, including executive leadership; in-person and remotely
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial and administrative processes

Pay
We offer competitive wages starting in the range of $24.65 - $35.13 USD per hour.
