About the role

This is a remote, work-from-home position paying $18–24/hour based on third-party healthcare collections experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with consumers by telephone and written correspondence to resolve unpaid accounts.
• Provide thorough, accurate account updates in computer files for each call made or received.
• Perform skip tracing to locate consumer contact information.
• Counsel delinquent consumers to assist in finding funds for payment obligations.
• Comply with and stay current on all applicable federal, state, and local laws, as well as TSI policies and procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of functional areas, company policies, and procedures.
• Provide feedback to management on potential problems or areas for improvement.
• Recommend process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
