About the role

This is a remote/work-from-home position offering a compensation range of $18–24/hour based on third-party healthcare collections experience.

Responsibilities

Communicate with consumers by telephone and approve written correspondence to resolve unpaid accounts
Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates on computer files for each call made or received
Perform skip tracing to locate consumer contact information
Counsel delinquent consumers to assist in finding funds to meet their payment obligations
Comply with and stay up-to-date on all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties
Comply with and stay up-to-date on all TSI policies and procedures
Maintain knowledge of functional areas, company policies, and procedures
Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement
Make recommendations to implement improved processes
Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements
