3rd -5th Grade Teacher (SY 2026-2027)

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching 3rd and 5th grade students in a dynamic educational environment. They will develop lesson plans aligned with state standards, provide individualized attention to students, and foster a positive learning atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement curriculum for 3rd and 5th grade students
• Provide differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
• Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and support staff to enhance student learning
• Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with parents and guardians

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in education or a related field
• Valid Minnesota teaching license
• At least two years of teaching experience at the elementary level
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
