3p-11p Nurse Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate 3p-11p Nurse Supervisor to lead our team of dedicated healthcare professionals in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and mentoring a team of nurses and CNAs, providing guidance and support to ensure effective delivery of care
• Conducting rounds and assessments, monitoring resident care, and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Developing and implementing care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation, including incident reports and medication administration records
• Fostering a positive and respectful work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork among all staff members

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current RN license in Rhode Island
• At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare setting
• Experience supervising a team of healthcare professionals
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
