Responsible for providing exercise programs tailored to individual clients' needs, promoting health and wellness.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized exercise plans
- Assess client fitness levels and progress
- Provide nutritional guidance and support
- Document client progress and feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Knowledge of exercise physiology
- Experience with health and wellness programs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
