About the role
Responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions. Collaborates with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop software solutions based on project specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools
- Perform code reviews and ensure high-quality standards are met
- Participate in testing and debugging efforts to ensure software meets requirements
- Document design decisions and technical details for future reference
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience
- Experience with at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++)
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles
- Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Experience with agile methodologies and iterative development cycles

Skills

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
