About the role

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Labor and Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to laboring patients, including triage and mother-baby care.
• Conduct fetal heart monitoring and assist in childbirth.
• Manage Gynecology surgery patients and provide couplet care.
• Potentially float to Med/Surg units and assist with vitals and medication administration.
• Collaborate with LPNs, ensuring initial assessments and documentation accuracy.
• Request assistance from the Transfer Coordinator in emergency situations as needed.

Requirements

• Current RN license in Oklahoma.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required.
• Proficiency in Fetal Heart Monitoring is essential.
• Experience in labor and delivery, mother-baby care, and newborn nursery required.
• Flexible and able to work collaboratively in a small team environment.
