Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for up to 10 inpatient rehab (Swing) patients, absorbing med-surg patients if swing volume drops.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and care delivery.
• Floate to medical-surgical units for patient assignments as needed based on competencies.
• Manage patient care with a focus on quality and safety, adhering to established protocols.
• Participate in patient and family education to facilitate understanding and collaboration in the care process.
• Utilize the MedHost EMR system to document care accurately and effectively.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license applicable to the state of Missouri.
• Minimum of 1-year clinical experience in a related role.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in rehab and/or medical-surgical settings preferred.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and patient needs.
• Proficient in use of electronic medical record systems, particularly MedHost.

Pay

Weekly Estimated Pay: $1935.36 - $2211.84
