340B Coordinator - Infectious Diseases

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with 340B regulations
• Makes and monitors 340B transactions
• Identifies cost-saving opportunities
• Conducts audits and provides advanced analysis
• Serves as primary internal and external program coordinator and liaison
• Ensures appropriate utilization of the 340B program
• Complies with all program requirements
• Provides expertise with the 340B program to staff and participants
• Develops and maintains internal and external relationships
• Serves as the compliance expert on 340B
• Engages leadership in decision making related to the implementation of new 340B processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3-5 years’ experience in a related health field required
• Strong understanding of 340B program regulations required
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience using 340B software and management platforms
• 340B Apexus Certified Expert (ACE) Certification or completion of Apexus 340B University obtained within twelve (12) months of hire required
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $74,256.00 to $95,139.20. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
