About the role
Responsible for providing technical support and assistance to clients in various federal civilian, DoW, SLED, commercial, and healthcare sectors. This includes troubleshooting network issues, enhancing collaboration tools, securing data centers, managing cloud environments, analyzing AI and data solutions, and delivering managed services.

- Provide technical support and assistance to clients in various federal civilian, DoW, SLED, commercial, and healthcare sectors.
- Troubleshoot network issues and enhance collaboration tools.
- Secure data centers and manage cloud environments.
- Analyze AI and data solutions and implement appropriate strategies.
- Deliver managed services to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in IT support or similar field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Proficiency in networking, cybersecurity, data center management, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
